Visiting the website

Our hosting provider Infomaniak, in Switzerland, records technical data on each visit (IP address, date and time, page viewed, browser type). This data is used solely to keep the website running and secure.

Quote requests

The form on this website does not send us anything directly: it prepares a message in WhatsApp, which you then choose to send. The information you share this way (trip, date, passengers, name, message), or by phone and email, is used only to answer your request and organise your ride. WhatsApp is a Meta service: its own privacy policy applies to sending messages.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Only your language choice is remembered by your browser, on your device; it is never sent to us.

External services

To display the website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google) and photos from Unsplash. These services receive your IP address and may process it outside Switzerland, including in the United States.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and carry out the ride, and then for as long as the law requires (for example 10 years for accounting records).

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to contact@helveticar-drive.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
